I recently was trying to get a job but it's like a credit agency or whatever they looked up my credit and it said i owed midland cred 1250 but i was only 1250 i was only 16 years old what should i do.

Call Midland Credit Management at 800-282-2644 and know about this debt account. It seems they are collecting for one of your past debt accounts. Make them validate the debt in writing.
If they don't send you any info, dispute their entry in your credit report with the CRA and get it removed immediately. It is hurting your scores.
