Unifund has slapped me with a lawsuit and I need to know the proper document to fill out to file and answer myself. Can you help?

Can you post a little more information about this situation? What are you being sued for? Is Unifund a lender, creditor, collection agency, or what? If you can give us a little more information, perhaps others here will be able to shed some light on how you should respond.
