I'm in the process of filing complaints against National Credit Adjusters
I'm on the IN BBB and its asking to best describe the nature of complaint.
What sounds best?
1. Unlicensed Practice
2. Overcharged
3. Billing Dispute

You should have the best answer for it..
Is National Credit Adjusters licensed in your state? If not, mention it.
You should be able to find out if they have overcharged on the collection fees and for any billing dispute. Mention it on the BBB complaint form
