Section 807 of the FDCPA specifically prohibits "The use or distribution of any written communication which simulates or is falsely represented to be a document authorized, issued, or approved by any court, official, or agency of the United States or any State, or which creates a false impression as to its source, authorization, or approval."
Further down the list, section 812 says:

If you know the documents are fake, hold on to them. You may be able to filed a lawsuit against them for FDCPA violations.
Make sure they are indeed fake before you ignore them as Asset i

If they are indeed fake,bring them to the district attorney in your court district.They will probably show an interest as Asset would be liable for Fraud/Forgery.
