Ameriloan harassing me!!!!

I keep getting calls at work from ameriloan re my PDL, which hopefully should have settlement offers from Langhorne next week, after I fax over my savings account statement.
Langhorne has called them repeatedly for me and I finally faxed over something today per Ameriloan's instructions, requesting in writing that they stop this, take me out of the dialer and go thru Langhorne. I hope this works--b/c I pity the collector who calls me tomorrow!

That really would not surprise me. I think they need a new line LOL! I had defaulted with a loan with them and they only sent me an e-mail. I heard they could be pretty agressive in their collection tactics but it didn't happen to me. It's been over a year so I guess they could still crawl out of the woodwork.

I have a loan with them also. I haven't heard anything from them accept once in a while they would send me settlement emails, which I ignored. I received one about 3 weeks ago, but haven't heard from them since the OK dept of Consumer sent my cease and desist and null and void letters to them
