For the past several months I have received over 200 phone calls from both companies who are trying to collect on a verizon bill. I have offered to pay the account but they either want my bank account number or a Credit Card. I have told them that I will send a money order and they have refused. I have sent several letters to them by Certified Mail and both companies have refused them. Both of these companies claim that they are registered in all 50 States to do business. Wrong! Neither of these companies is registered in Florida either as a Corporation or as a Collection Agency which is required by Law in the State of Florida and therefore can not collect debts.
My question is this: Does anyone have a Fax number for these companies?
