Until today I've never heard of allied interstate, checked my messages from campus and called but got someon's voice mail.
Where can I find the information on states that are either one party or two party?
If someone here knows or has this info, would they please post it!!!

If their collections are legit, they should send you the details of the debt in writing. Verify the laws in your state and start recording their phone calls.
