my issue with RAB

well so far I have not gotten any validation - or any phone calls (Nice) from them since I sent my letter. There is nothing on my credit report either. I am however obsessing regarding this. I have in the past made 4 phone calls to the orignal pharmacy with no results. I called the dr's office, and she told me that per the rep it was "going to the top and someone would call me from Nova Factor" no surprise...no call. I guess my question is should I hold tight and wait, or try calling the pharmacy again? I think that my biggest ammo is that I never signed the agreement and they kept sending me meds without EVER sending bills until a lump bill 2 yes thats 2 years later. I guess I just need some reassurance here is all. thanks to everyone
You don't need to pay anything until the company shows you proof
You don't need to pay anything until the company shows you proof of the contract with your signature. Call the pharmacy and get more details. They should not charge you on anything unless you have an agreement with them. Have you received anything in writing from RAB? You must dispute and ask for more information.
