I thought some of you might be interested in the ruling on validation in this case.
It's my interpretation, the Court ruled that basically all a CA is required to do is advise a debtor they owe money.

I have come across some cases that are still in flux,but look better than chaundrey. That decision is what collectors use to get past validation. If your read the full text of the fdcpa,it states they must obtain the documents and send to you. Pm me and I can give you a few things that I have run across.
