They call and if my daughter wants to talk to them and when they say they will see her in court she say's do what you have to do and they hang up and won't call for a month and never do they take her to court .She doesn't care and I can not get her to care she say's they want do nothing but blow hot air.
I have had them ask me to pay her debts and I alway's say no.

She can mail them written requests to cease and desist contacting her by telephone, so at least you won't be bothered. Include the acct. numbers of the debts these collection agencies are trying to collect on in the letter, and send the letters to the collection agencies via certified mail/return receipt requested so she'll know they were received.

If she won't be responsible enough to at least do that, write out the letters for her and just have her sign them.

If I were her, I'd see them in court alright. - For violating the fdcpa (threatening litigation, when in fact they obviously had no intention of suing). That violation alone is worth at least $1000 + costs to her. Next time, have her to record the call, if this can be done in your state, or a least take very good notes.
