Writing checks and agreeing to payment plans because someone on the phone tells you that you owe money.Are you people crazy that Asset Acceptance corp is no better than a common gangster or criminal they have more consumer protection act violation lawsuit's against them. Come on people read up on the consumer protection laws and start acting there are many attorneys on the web that will sue them pro bono you can collect a maximum 1000 dollar from these scumbags.
