I sent Validation of debt request to arbitration lawyers who have my creditor-does the sample cease and desist also appropiate for arbitration lawyers?

Wait for the lawyers to validate your account. When you ask the lawyers to stop all communication with you except in writing, it works no good because they usually pass on the file to some other company. If they don't validate your account and keep calling you, C&D letter will be the best option in that moment. Right now, you don't need to send one if they aren't making the calls repeatedly

Thanks-this is what i thought..
although the automated calls-which were about 5 per day-have ceased-since i received the return receipt that they got the validation request letter-what is interesting is now i'm getting calls- will say anything-they wait to see if i will pick up-but i won't. Is this a new tactic-and why?
