Sass-they are collection agency-I just got a letter from them for my borrowcashnow pdl stating that I owe them 574 buck on a 300 loan that I paid 560 on already...I have yet to receive a call from them, I just sent them a letter telling them that since they legally own this debt they owe me a refund and that they wont be getting a dime from me!

I have removed duplicate post for you.Can't find any info in my free lookups on reverse searchs,sorry.

Leah-do you know who this place is collecting for? Good luck with that borrowcashnow. These places have a lot of nerve sending us to CAs when we don't owe them a dime.

I am not sure who they would be collecting for on your end...you should get a letter from them in a few weeks and they will tell you who they are collecting for...

Actually if this is a 3rd party collection,just answer your phone once and they have to mail your written letter within 5 days because the phone call will count as first contact.
