does anyone know who this company is? He claims they are based out of Florida and sent a validation letter on the 5th or March. He states if I do not choose to pay it they will start the process of bank fraud against me. Can they do this? does anyone have information on the and where they can be reached?

I have been dealing with an Accounts Recivable Management of Florida 9000 Regency Square, Jacksonville, Fl. 32211, Mr. Eric Easters.
I sent them a validation letter for Rio Resources and all they retuned to me was o copy of the on line agreement. No payments, no interest etc. They are one office of a large national collection agency. Phony threats do not seem like their style. You may be dealing with a copy cat. They can't charge you with anything.
