If you DV ounce giving 30 days, they reply with inproper info so you DV again giving 15 days they dont respond are they in violation if they respond say in 60 days if so will this hold up if it goes to court as a counter suit to lower the bal. of what you owe?

Buda,there is no time limit for a collector to validate as long as collection activity ceases.This is straight from the fdcpa. If you live in Texas or their office is in Texas,there are state laws that can make them do it in a certain time period. I am not familar with those laws.Please review the first link in my signature for info on collections.
