Paid Debt to a CA but they have not updated my credit

I sent a money order(MO) to a CA. They received the MO on April 4. They cashed the MO on April 14. The USPS did a trace on the MO and now I have a copy of the MO showing their bank transaction info.
According to this CA, they update the credit bureau at the end of the month. Their last update was 3/30. I am suing this CA and am not allowed to contact them.
My question for you all is how much time should it take for the update to appear on my credit report? What is reasonable?

I'm sure there is some legal answer to this, but I would expect that 45 days would be more than enough time for an update.

If you are sueing them, they have probably introduced the hands off policy until settlement or trial to limit further liability on their part.I would start a credit bureau dispute stating amount is incorrect and demand it either be fixed or removed. If they fail to note account in dispute with bureau or verify inaccurate info, you can add FCRA violations to your ongoing suit.
