hello everyone in debt cc land.. i wanna write letters to the collection agencies i owe with settlement letters how do i go about writing them.. anyone have a sample letter for me to use?

I would suggest wording in your letter that would indicate even though you do not acknowledge the debt,you are willing to settle it in everyone's best interests.The reason for this wording is to avoid a written acknowledgement of the debt which in some areas would reset your sol and open you up to legal problems.
