Seeking Tulsa Attorney

I have been sued twice by the same attorney firm and CA for the same debt.

I won the first one pro se but Dismissal was without Prejudice.

They filed a second duplicate case right before the 5 yr SOL expired.I hired an attorney for this round. The attorney for CA just filed a dismissal.

Now I want to sue them for fdcpa and FCRA violations. The consumer law attorney I had does not do this. Can you recommend one in Tulsa or Creek county that can help me?
