need info on 800-399-8584 x223

When I looked up this # - it sent me to a list of CA's in Arizona, but I can't match it to which one. I want to send them a cease & desist letter, because they keep calling my business phone asking for someone that never even worked for me, nor do I even know this person or a name even close to it. I keep telling them this, and they guy last time said
"yeah....right" when I told him. They are really ticking me off - and I have to answer the phone because I have customers that use 800 numbers, so I can't always tell if it's them or real business. I really don;t want to call them back, I think that will create more problems. thanks!

I just called the # and the recording said they were Alliance As
