There is a Bizzarro website out there that is just like this one but is full of debt collectors. Here is a reply that I copied from the question; "what make a good debt collector."

Collections is nothing but a numbers game...that is exactly what he is saying. Identify the money calls, but work the non-money calls to the company standard, and move them off the line as quickly as possible.
