sent the cease and desist letter, now what?

I started the thread "NCO Group threats" and took the advice of the replys and sent a cease and desist letter by fax and certified mail, return receipt requested. My question is basically now what? should i wait for them to send me a letter back? should i call them? should i send them something else in writing? Also from what i've been reading i believe that they have made several violations including:
- discussing my husbands debt with a 3rd party (my mother, and also with me but i don't know if i count)
- threating to take him to court
- threating to contact immigration authorities
Should i act on these even though i didn't record the phone call so i don't have any solid evidence? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'd just wait. They can contact you, by mail, just once to let
I'd just wait. They can contact you, by mail, just once to let you know they got the letter, but they probably won't. If they continue to call or send dunni9ng letters after that, sue them. As to the violations, it sounds like your mother is a witness.
