This is getting ridiculous...someone might actually take this jerks garbage for truth! Can't something be done? He is taking trolling to new heights and the fact that he is answering guest posts with his unlawful and damaging drivel. Normally I am all for free speech, but SOME people abuse this right and this troll is one of them.

Not you JCEMT :) I LIKE you... :lol: But I was making a plea to the powers that be to maybe ban him or something..if he was just posting his typical diatribe, then no biggie..but he is posting on guest topics suggesting and saying things that are wrong and damaging and what if he got to someone before one of us did and they go and get ripped by the JDB?

Yeah, the guy is a jerk. Either he works for a CA or he just likes to flame boards. Since he has tried to misquote fdcpa I'm gonna guess he's a collector who's life is being made hard with people getting educated to their rights.

:lol: Congress should make it mandatory for the CA to ship a copy of the FDCPA with the dunning letter, all 23 pages of it. Along with all 80 some pages of the FCRA. :lol:

Yeah, usually my patience and tolerance levels are pretty high towards ignorant people; however, "Nonsense" has definitely exceeded them. Add in the fact he's not ignorant, as ignorance to me means just not knowing any better, he's actually just plain stupid.

I thought his ridiculous posts would be a chance to educate people that come to this forum looking for help, by disproving his canned CA drivel. He just doesn't seem to learn though, and just keeps posting the same garbage again and agian.

I'm hoping there is a way he can be blocked so we can be rid of him.

Do these 'Trolls' get on these forums, to get information or just to spam people? If they don't have an ID, how do the Mods REALLY know who they are? And how can the Mods stop them successfully?
