cease and desist letter

The CA probably won't honor any letter, so if you fax it put on the fax that a copy is being mailed on xxxx date by certified mail, receipt # xxxxxxxxx. Then mail it when you said you would.

Also get a report from the fax that shows the number sent to and that the machine acknowledge receipt of said fax. You should attach the fax, the fax report to the letter that the fax number came from showing that it is a valid fax number for the CA.

Welcome to the Community :D I would send on by any and all ways! Be sure and keep copies of everything you send, and notes if you speak with them on the phone.

By sending it certified return receipt, you will get the green card so there is no mistake they got it.

If they don't abidd by it, I have sent a follow up letter stating the same thing and sending a copy of my first letter.

The more paper trail you have, the better for you in the long run, in case you need it later.
