once u have judgment against you its too late??correct.
AND anyone recommend a lawyer for bankruptcy in new jersey..please...im sinking fast.ty


once the stay is executed all collections
stop,and that includes garnishments and judgements.

i think it only applies maybe to certain debts like student loans,tax debt.other than gray areas like those all collections,garnishments,and judgements are stopped.i don't think that can be interpreted state to state.someone will correct me if i am wrong,but i don't think i am.
