Phone Calls with Lots of Static

Well, guest I called that number and got the same message---it was a recording (woman's voice) and she gave the hours which were all eastern time zone---other than that I don't know. You could try a reverse number search. Good Luck!

I have been getting calls from them daily. "Card Services". They have also been using different numbers. I report them to the 'do not call registry' daily. I answered the call once, and a lady began discussing lowering my interest rate on any of my credit cards, I told her do NOT call me again, but they fail to listen. I am beginning to think I am going to need to have my cell phone number changed. :?

So, if they discussed lowering your interest rates, are they soliciting then I wonder?? You are right. I noticed last night they have also called from different numbers.

I had a call like that a few month's ago. I answered and the way the guy was talking made me think at first that it was one of my creditors. I asked him if I had an account with them and he replied that "we deal with many different creditors". I told him that he did not answer my question. "Are you one of MY creditors?". He hemmed and hawed repeatedly and finally told me that no, they were not one of my creditors but could work with them to lower my interest rate. At that point I just kept asking him over and over again how he got my name and number? Why they thought I wanted to hear from them? What he was wearing? etc...until he was so pissed off he hung up on me.

I have been getting calls recently from some place (its a recording) offering me a LOAN---I assume its a PDL---cause no legit place would be calling ME (with my credit rating) and offering a loan.
