TRI & Associates... again ,need help....again

I'm not sure why I even pick up the telephone anymore...
This morning I got a call from TRI & Associates. They left a voicemail on my phone that said "you need to check the bad check laws in your state and then call us back".
So, I'm pissed that they leave this on my voicemail! Where everyone can here it.
So I call them back and get the manager on the phone. The manager asks where my $555 payment is. I told her I cannot afford that amount. She said that it doesn't matter that papers have been turned over to National Attorney Network to begin filing suit against me.
This all stems from a stupid Cashnet USA payday loan. So I tell her that I will be more than happy to make a $100 payment and then set up future arrangements. I tell her she may debit my checking account on November 7th.
At this point I've opened a separate checking account just for dealing with this people. She told me that she can't take a post-dated check that she needs a debit card and that she can post date the payment. Then she says the payment has to be $185. So I give her the debit card number and all the info.
As she was confirming it she said, "okay, this will debit $185 on the 30th" I said no, the 7th, we said the 7th. She insisted that I said that 30th and that is what she entered it into the system as. She then told me that if the payment is available to be debited on the 30th that my account WILL be sent to National Attorney Network for a lawsuit and that I won't be able to negotiate a payment any further. There is no way I'm going to have an extra $185 by this Thursday. Period. I won't, not even humanly possible.
I'm not sure what I can do at this point. Should I place a debit block on my bank account, should I call back and try to speak with someone else? I know I should know better, but the thought of a lawsuit terrifies me. I'm just not sure what to do here....

Look, if they send the account to the attorney network, they loose a commission. Stand your ground....call them back . Record the call and tell them you are recording the call....or have a second person on the line to confirm your conversation. Tell them when the funds will be available...and if they cash it early, they will be in violation of the fdcpa and then they can pay you.
