Fun with a new CA

I haven't had any CA calls in some time so was surprised to get one today, for some account that has not been able to be validated at all, guess the last CA sold it. This is how the convo went:
CA: I am noting as your refusal to pay, this will go very baddly for you.

ME: Oh? And how is that? Besides, I plan on sending you a debt validation letter tomorrow.

CA: Is your social ##########? your last name $$$$$$$$$$$?

ME: Yup

CA: Well now your account has been validated.

ME: Nice try. I don't think so.

CA: You don't seem to take this seriously, this is a dire situation you are in. If you don't pay us immediately, we will take your house.

((((At this point I was about to tell the idiot that I don't even own a house..but then had a better idea..))

ME: ((sounds all scared)) No! You..you can't do that!

CA: (like a shark scenting blood)) Oh yes we can, we are prepared to take your home away from you, so run along and get your checkbook and this will all go away.

ME: NO! You can't..there is laws against this! You can't take my house!

CA: We can and we will, the law is on our side lady, we will take your house and you will be forced out on the street. Do you really want that? Do you have your checkbook yet?

ME: I won't let you do it, you can't have my Barbie Dream House! I will fight you in court!

CA: You won't win, you should have.....(((he stopped dead in the middle of his sentence for almost a full minute. "What?"

ME: You can't have it! Where will my barbies live?

CA: Well if you can't take this seriously I see no reason to speak with you further, see you in court! (slammed the phone down)).


My oh my but that made my day.
