Could pdls find my money in someone else's account?
I could open an account under someone else's name - make them unable to withdraw even. then use that account for my direct deposits.
Anyone think chexystems would find it? Since I am not the account holder?

no they cannot take money from somebody elses account unless the
no they cannot take money from somebody elses account unless they get a court order and can prove what is your money.
In that same vein the person who has the name on the account would be able to take all of your money and you would be SOL.
