I am disabled and don't work. I have been around these forums for a while now so I know what goes on here. I have been looking to a lot of the laws also so I am here to offer my services. I am not an attorney, though I thought about it,lol. I try to give the best advice possible and if I am wrong someone can correct me.
I know that people have to wait a while to get answers on here sometimes so I make an attempt to get on here every day. I am on mostly at night and early in the morning.

LOL Ain't that the truth. I need help myself but mostly seeing as I am disabled, my income is exempt, I have no assets and will be filing for bankruptcy debt collectors are wasting there money trying to sue me.I tell them this and they still don't care,lol.
I have about $15,000 in debt Most are 5 years old. I have one judgment from LVNV Funding. If I could hold the others off to pass the SOL and then just paid LVNV funding the $3,800 I wouldn't have to file bankruptcy. Tough choice. my credit score is 548.
