help with DV letter

I have received a collection letter from Collectcorp regarding BOA account(I had it went it was FIA cardservices) should I send them a DV letter, and if so, they show an credit card account number I have never had it does not match the number that is on our card should I mention this? I posted this last week, but had no replies can anyone help me?

dv letter

well the letter gives one reference# that you refer to, but also list an acct# that is 16 digits long and the first 8 digits are the ones on our card
