have you ever received a collection call from someone with a foreign accent (probabaly from India ) ?

Some of the leading credit card companies have outsourced collections to agencies in India. Did you ever agree to allowing them to do this ? It appears that the credit card companies may have in fact disclosed all of your private information, including your social security number to those agencies, and therefore in violation of your privacy and perhaps endangering you by "potential identity theft"

The next time you get a call from someone with a "foreing accent", ask them their name, and the location they are calling from. If the say they represent "xyz credit card company", tell them you refuse to conduct business with them, and immediately call the credit card company and demand an explanation . Then send them a letter demanding that they show proof of your authorization to outsource your account to a "foreign entity, explaining that you intend to hold them laible for this matter, especially if identity theft occurs.

CHALLENGE THE HECK OUT OF THEM !
