Facing Court Judgement

I am in real trouble and I just don't know what to do.
I owe AMEX 16000 plus dollars and now they want me to pay
them all the funds at a reduced rate or take me to court
and garnish my wages and or put a lein on my home.
Last summer they allowed me to pay a small montlhy payment
to them..but that agreement was ended when I was late with my payment. I am this much in debt due to the fact I used
my cc to pay off the Irs. I know owe the IRS again. I am self
employed. I have no reserved funds. I earn a decent living
but it all goes out for bills. I want to avoid bankruptcy. I work
in a profession that want allow for it. I really need to chg
jobs because of the expense . My credit is shot. I have
no one I can borrow from. The economy is terrible-I may
never find another job.
