Judgement

I have a judgement on my CR from NCO. The judgement was placed on 1-1-06 and I filed for BK13 on 3-1-06. I am pretty sure that the judgement was part of a garnishment and they stopped once I filed. My question is shouldn't the judgement be removed or will it since they have been paid by the trustee in full already? I am also questioning the amount since it does not match the original dollar amount they came after me for. I still have about a year left before my BK13 is discharged and don't want this to haunt me afterwards. Please help. My attorney said they have the right to have a judgement against me since it was done before I filed. thanks for your help!

I split this into it's own thread. They can still legally report the judgement on your reports. It should have a "Discharged in BK notation however.
