Credit Report as Evidence

Sorry bumping one of my earlier questions...
I thought that I read somewhere that Credit Reports don't have to be used as evidence in a case because credit reports can contain false information. Anyone?

You could probably object to it as such, or even just point that
You could probably object to it as such, or even just point that fact out to the judge...inform the judge you have not looked at your credit report in some time and so did not have a chance to dispute it. The fact remains that a credit report is NOT documentation from the original creditor.
You could also use discovery to demand actual documentation from the OC.
