You should probably go ahead and take care of that debt

We manage to get default judgments on debts 10, 15, and even 20 years old. The fees and interest have been accruing over this entire time. So the $5000 you charged off on a credit card in 1989 turns into a default judgment for $20,000 today. You will never know what hit you.
I am not trying to make threats or cause problems. I am simply giving friendly advice.

Ohhh really? Do you know you are breaking the law by getting judgements on 10year old debts? And i'd like to see proof of this.

Just because a debt is outside the SOL not mean we can't sue; it just means you can use this as an affirmative defense to have the case dismissed. How are you going to argue a defense when you don't show up in court?[samebox:2a8160d557="paulmergel"]hey moron.you can't sue on a debt past the SOL.any default will be vacated.guess you don't need brains to be a collector.[/samebox:2a8160d557]

You got a debt of mine? PLEASE... try it.
Your suit will get you countersued. just remember - even threatening suit on an OOS debt is a FDCPA violation. If you like living dangerously, have fun, but if you are dealing with OOS debt you had best realize that you never know where you will get sued from next, because each suit you file, and each time you threaten suit, you violate FDCPA.
Sure the debt is out there. So are debts owed by the Confederate States of America.
Want to read what happened to a Collector who tried this on me?
Go through TOS
I bet they wish I would just go away. After I get the Summary Judgment they get sued by me.

He is probably a collector in a jdb agency...he is not capable of suing. He flips the accounts he no longer wants to work r is too lazy to work into the "legal" bucket on his computer.

Just remember, our server has signed that your papers were delivered. It's not our problem if the neighbor's kids took it or the wind blew it away.
