Just make sure that they follow FDCPA procedure and document everything, just in case they do not.

I am very familiar with them. If you call them and make payment arrangements, they will be happy to work with you. If you just ignore them, they WILL garnish your wages. This happened to me!!!!! General Audit is one of the better ca's to deal with in my opinion. Even though they garnished us, it was totally our fault and we got it worked out.
