Sent a "Demand for Documents and Information"--received nothing yet...

A bit over 3 weeks ago I sent a Demand for Documents and Information" to the plaintiff, a CA. My court day is less than 2 weeks from now and I have yet received anything. I mean, nothing from the CA so far. Is this a good sign? Or should I expect the plaintiff to pull some stupid and silly accusations to prove their case??? If it would help, I have a 3 year-old judgment vacated because I caught the plaintiff lied in their affidavit of service. Can I use that (telling the judge) to damage their credibility??? I believe I should ask another court day if the plaintiff is able to provide to the court of some surprise evidence. I assume any evidence they have I should have received and gotten them before the bench trial day, which is less than 2 weeks from now.

In order to bring a judgment against you, the creditor needs to validate the debt. If they cannot, the judgment will be in your favor. You can even ask for debt validation from the plaintiff on the court date.
