i whould like to say that takhar was really good to me and the rep that i spoke to Mr. Pires was really careing & understanding & he also helped me so that my credit rating whouldnt be affected & i also recieved a release letter from him after 30 days as well just like he told me so i whould like to say thanks and for everyone who bad mouths them are just people that obviously dont care about there credit....

Nice try "debt collector". Why not treat customers fairly and use proper English? If most debt collectors did not attempt to bully debtors with illegal practices I can honestly say more people would probably be willing to settle over a long term payment plan......
