Computer Check Verification Co., and National Check Network Co.

My checking account routing and account numbers were stolen. Someone made computer checks using the numbers. They used their name,ID and ect..My ID was not stolenand did not appear on the stolen checks at all!!!. The bank closed my account and opened a new one, referred me to the police and I though all was well. I went to the doctors office to write a check it was declined by National Check Network Co, and listed the contact number for Computer Check Verification. What happened was someway they (Computer Check Verification and National Check Network)obtained my drivers license number and automatically linked it to the person that sole my banking information. absolutely no verification was done, they simply and automatically flagged my license. When I called both companies, both lied and stated that they had no idea how it happened. Of course I had to fax a police report to clear this matter ( I guess it is cleared).

Both the police and the bank personnel told me that they were lying through their teeth and they possible have messed up my credit and other companies may decline my checks.

I don't know what to do other than report them to the Better Business Bureau!!!
