I defaulted on my 500 Fastcash loan and sent 500 Fastcash a certified letter stating that I have paid $300 on the $500 loan I took out with them and I would be happy to pay the remaining $200 principal balance. They never even contacted me but turned it right over to this A.C.A. Recovery. I received a letter and a rude phone call from them all in the same day. The woman said she was with the Law Office of Norman Kilini, yea, whatever. The letter states that owe $755.00. I sent them a copy of the certified letter I sent to 500 fash cash as well as a debt validation letter and payday loan laws for the state of NC. I just mailed it so I will be curious to see how they handle it. My AG's office said they won't settle for anything less than the $755 they think I owe them. You should definitely send them a debt validation letter and file complaints with your AG and FTC.
