ACA RECOVERY DEBT VALIDATION

I have an account from Instant Cash USA that I defaulted on. I received an obviously handtyped letter with Norman Kallina ESQ on the top....I sent them a debt validation letter and they have responded with the orginal contract from Instant Cash that was completed online....They did not include anything else in teh envelope not even a name of the person stuffing it in there....what is my next step? I do not feel that I owe the amount listed morally or legally as Mr. Norman Kallina ESQ put in his original letter.
