Getting Account Information - HELP!

When I pulled the report it gave me a summary of address and contact info - which was really great but it doesn't list the actual account number. It's says "Acct #: XXXXXXXXX5006"
How do I go about getting the acct # to include in my DV letter? Can I send the letter with the acct number like that and they look it up?

If/when they DO contact you...they should have the complete account number. If they don't...too bad so sad. Don't help 'em out in any way.

I would except that my boyfriend and I will be getting married in a year and from there buying a house. I know the lenders will pull my CR and see all these stupid delinquencies and I would rather take care of them now.
I contacted the original creditors to obtain acct numbers and I am DV'ing the various companies who claim I owe money. Hopefully it works out.

They're gonna stay on your report for 7 years...unless you can prove they aren't yours & you dispute them.

Agree with Buckeye and if those entries do not belong to you, dispute with the credit bureaus. They would either validate or remove those from the report if don't get satisfactory response from the collection agencies.
