I'm meeting with an attorney soon and he wants me to wirte a list of all the creditors that I am including. All of them have been transferred to a collection agency. Do I list the collection agency instead of the original creditor, honestly, I don't know the original creidtor's address and some of the account numbers have changed now, the collection agencies assign their own file numbers to these accounts, do I use thier file numbers or the original account numbers?

Some BK attorneys pull the report and charge a fee for it, and some of them have you get your own copy and bring it with you. Our attorney asked us to bring our credit reports with us, but we had already gotten our free reports (not quite a year before we filed). So I just took copies of all of our billing statements. However, all of ours were still with the OCs. Since yours are now with CAs, I would definitely advise taking a copy of your credit report. But just in case everything is not listed on there, hunt up all of the statements that you have and take them along with you too. You need to make sure that EVERYTHING is listed so that you don't end up having debts left that don't get discharged!
