What state are you in? You need to do a Cease and desist letter on this agency banning them from calling you at work immediately. Once you start the paper trail, you will have grounds for a case.

Correct. My questions are though, were they the CA that was a party to the settlement from 5 years ago? If not, I'd be willing to bet the original CA has sold it off and it has ended up with the ACM group. Can you give us a little more information regarding this settlement?
Also, what state do you live in? This debt might even fall under the SOL. If so, they can in no way sue you for this debt, no mater what they threaten you with.
Getting back to your original question though, all you have to do is send the CA a letter advising you don't want them calling you at work. You can send it certified mail/return receipt requested. Once they sign for this letter, they can no longer contact you at work. If they do, you can sue for violations of the fdcpa.
