What fees are added after charge off?

If my Capital One account charges off, what fees will it continue to receive. Also, I am located in Virginia and likley to be sued for this debt. Is a judgement award the final amount that can eventually be collected or does it also have an interest rate applied to it? If there is interest.... how is the percentage determined?
