Tried searching their address on Google - but unfortunately, it's not available. I guess they're a collection agency. So, the next time when you receive a call from them, ask them to validate the debt. If they are unable to validate the debt, you shouldn't pay them a dime.

well anybody that is called by them must file a police report as telling anybody that is against the law.you should also file a police report as well.nothing but a bottomfeeding piece of eye crud.i do agree with sherlyn do not pay them period,and try not to engage them.meaning when the harlot calls hang up without a word.let calls to your home go to v-mail.have your family tell these crinimals when they call that they are filing a police report and hang up.nothing but a bunch of unarrested criminals and should be treated as such.

Acs is nothing but an unlicenced boiler room of telemarketers trying to act
like big shots . I called them today and usually once a week to letthem know that they are breaking the law.

I enjoy my weekly ritual of harrasing them via a payphone then they try to call back and they will find out its a payphone .

I told them what scum they are and they start getting mad and arguing then I get them so upset they hang up .

Now the tables are turned on these low life bastards.

Next im going to call them and start blowing a loud whistle in their ear this will really get them mad.


I always let them know at least once a week I know what their scam is .

I love harrasing them like they harras other people its a lot of fun.

When thesse low :cool:lifes call you start laughing then tell them you are not fooled by their scam

today they called me and I called my attorney. He said that if they cannot send any information to me via mail that they are possibliy fake. If you are going to be summons to appear in court they will just show up not give you a pre warning. I was confused with acs, so I called my attorney and what a relief. No heart attack today. Just faith and hope that they will leave me alone or get it on why don't they/,.

My brother received a call from this person from ACS and left a msg saying it was a confidentail call and then went into detail and complete information was given out that was suppose to be confidential. First of all this was a professional firm, they would not release info to a stranger, leaving threatning messages. They also contacted my co-worker. I am now going to submit their phone number to consumer.gov. and let them try to find out who these unprofessional scammers are, that are harrassing American citizens. They must be stopped. I am sick and tired of these uneducated non-working individuals from these foreign countries trying to make a buck off of us. The number they asked me to call was 877-236-9877. When answered, it sounded like a person speaking from their private home.

You are so right. These are uneducated, unemployes ignorant people trying to bamboozle Americans. I am going to call them back like you did, and tell them they need to stop their unprofessionalism and go to school to learn about law. Also tell them that you have reported them to our Consumer.Gov dept. The calls will stop for a while. Plus, they definetly should not be calling you at all at work. If they are calling you at work, threaten them, tell them to hold on while you get your academic affairs dept on the phone. That will stop these idiots from calling for a while.

they are breaking every rule in the book on collection activity under fair debt collection laws, report them or sue them , we sued a loan company and won a large settlement. ACS called me and I told them the truth, I reported them to my local FBI office and then they admitted they were a collection agency. :mad:

I was contacted by these people in reference to my sister who is in a completely different state. They have her phone number, but contacted me and said it would serve as a notification (on the answer machine). I called and this rude person Ashley Ingram hung up on me twice after I asked to speak to her supervisor. She asked why and said she was the supervisor, so I asked to speak to her boss, she refused to let me speak to her boss. I asked her to call the so called agent who contacted me and have them call me. She said they work out in the field and could have them come to my house. Really? this is the most rude person, I have ever dealt with on the phone. I cannot find any phone numbers other than the one that was provided 888-204-1718. I asked how she got my number, she said from a FBI search that showed I was her sister, really, there 8 other sisters. Ashley Ingram definately should be fired or seriously retrained if this is a legit business.

This is definitely a scam.

I too received a message from "John Miller" at 888-204-1718, threatening to serve me at work and home - and he called my mom and left a message on her machine about how he was going to prosecute me!!!! What a scam.

I got a call from "John Adams" on my husband's cell phone voice mail saying if I don't call him "today" by noon that I would be served with papers to go to court for "fraud" and failure to pay a debt. My hubby said it sounded "serious," but I told him that no one is going to call and warn you that they are going to serve you with papers. When I called 1-888-22-0510 the number they left me, the girl I spoke with could not even find anything about me. Then she pulled me up and said to "hold on while she went to get my file." She did not even know who "John" was that called and then said he works in the state's processing office. I told her that I would settle this in court and that I would wait on "the papers." She then said but Cash N Go is offering you to settle out of court if you pay the amount you owe. Again I told her that I would wait on my "papers." Again she said "although they are offering you a settlement?" I told her yep, and she smacked her teeth and hung up.

That's how it's done! Don't pay them a cent.

What does being a foreigner have to do with any of this? HAHA! the guy that called me was very much american spoke exactly like you and me:confused:- nonetheless broke the laws.. just saying one thing has nothing to do with another.

So have anyone been been served a summons from this ACS place or are they just scaring everybody?

Because I got a call from them as well....and I'm going to notifiy my Attorney about them
