No. There are plenty of other threads about them. Their only purpose is scamming people out of money. If you do pay them anything your money will only go toward organized crime in India and not toward any debt you may actually owe.
If they contacted you, file a police report and also file a complaint with the FTC and your state's Attorney General's Office.
