Well isn't this interesting....

Acushield has been issued a Cease and Desist in California


What should I do about my monies in with AcuShield since they are out of business. I have over $19,000.00 in my account. Please offer any suggestions. Thanks

You have the right to get all the money from the company. Their business address is 3291 N. Buffalo Dr. #9 Las Vegas, NV 89129.

There is another company related to the debt settlement industry called Acu-Shield Financial Inc, a comparatively new company in the block. Are you talking about that company?

I am having the same problem. I have not been able to contact the company for a week. THey have several thousand dollars of mine if anyone knows any information that would be great.

Everyone needs to contact their attorney general's office and begin legal proceedings...this goes way back many years and they continue to change company names...They are currently using Fresh Start America. You are not the only one and I am seeking legal assistance. :twisted:

Who can I talk to to get my monies back.? I have already put a a stop payment on my checking account. Will probably change bank accounts. Just worry about all of my private info. Any advice welcome.

this guy nicholas DeSegonazc sent me a letter with a check for the amount of $801.66 with a "promise" to pay the remainder of the monies in 2 checks, 1 in january 09 and 1 in feb 09. i did not recieve the january check i dont think im gonna get the feb check either. i was given a # to contact him and it just goes to voicemail. i've left multiple messages and no response.... here is the # i was given 1 702-335-7891. if anyone has another route to go about getting these monies back please let me know. this money is holding me back from closing on a house for me my wife and 1 year old daughter...thanks debtco/acushield and whatever you are now called to screw people over

I am in same boat, I wrote Attorney Generals in Nevada and PA and both said they can not help! I am at a loss of 3,500
