I am looking for a sample letter. I have an original creditor and collection agency on my reports for the same account. I recently paid the collection agency and am looking for some type of letter to send to the original creditor stating this so they will remove their addition on my credit report.

A CA and an OC can report at the same time. Just because you pay a CA doesnt mean that the OC will delete their tradeline....they are entitled under the law to report for 7 years.
