Advanta sent my account to Phiilips and Cohen after 120 days

I am a small business owner and have fell into some hard times with the economy. I have a debt of about 35k that Advanta sent over to Phillips and Cohen collections. So far they have called 2 times, but I have not talked to them. I was wondering, if we do not come to terms on a settlement, and they take me to court and get a judgement and court order to seize my bank account. Would it do me any good to open another account at another bank? and start putting the money there? do they have ways to find this? My business is incorporated and in California, I am sure laws are different in all states. I know they have my bank information because Advanta did, so should I iopen a different account at another bank? I also owe wells fargo allot of money on 2 business line accounts and this is who I bank with, so this was another reason I was thinking to open another account. If I do open another account, do I keep the old one open with a little money in it? I am really not worried about credit right now as I know it is getting damaged anyway. I would file Chapter 13 but they give you so little to live on for 5 years. I own 3 properties and all are negative equity, so even if they put a lean there is nothing there. I am just a confused indiviual that is trying to get some help.
I have a similar situation with Advanta and Phillips & Cohen. I
I have a similar situation with Advanta and Phillips & Cohen. I have a debt settlement company working on my behalf and both Advanta and Phillips refuse to deal with the DS company.
